I put 1 star because I can't do no stars simple as that ... Staff are rude need to learn customer service skills ...serverly lacking !!! , staff close kitchen when they decide so they don't have too cook ..and shout at customers Infront of Children ( 5,4,2 years !!! when we bought our in own food for children ,staff made children cry . she was telling the child to stop eating .. ( only time I've ever brought food into there as they choose to close kitchen) we spend over 35 + a week in there , but I will never take my grandchildren ever again ...this is our last ever visit .... !!!!! Don't visit if your expecting food as you never know if kitchen open or closed ..and as for opening times , don't bother ringing to check as it's lies .. for us to get there for them to decide to close early ... No management on site ( questionable) .... Then while children played we endured staff gossiping about our family and unpleasant looks off staff .. not a pleasant visit and wouldn't recommend... My opinion swerve the place & Try sparkles or jungle js.

Great place, regular checks should be made on how old some of the kids in there are and wash the covers for the baby bouncers
