Was very wary of using the auction at first but had a chat with Amanda and we decided to go ahead it was a really good experience they sold our house for what was a really good price for what I believe for both parties involved .Amanda kept in touch before and soon after the auction with full no nonsense guidance . Going off my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the auction house and its very professional team .

Just bought a house in the UK and I live in Japan, so it wasn't a straightforward transaction. The Auction House was excellent, and a big thank you to Callum Sansam, Auction Administrator who went above and beyond in sending me the keys through the Royal Mail as I couldn't be there in person to pick up the keys. I recommend anyone to consider the Auction House when buying a property. They're very punctual and polite when answering any queries I had over my purchase.

I had some land I needed to sell with a derelict house on , I was put in touch with auction house Manchester, and Amanda lamont who dealt with me from day one . She kept in touch , clarified everything for me , was honest and upfront from day one answered all my queries, was there every time i needed to talk and sold my land for more than I could have hoped for ...no hidden fees just honest and professional advice ....would definitely recommend this company and Amanda...Best move I've ever made thanks again ....please don't hesitate if you have land or property to sell ...
