        Very disappointed with Howard Grab hire this morning. They refused to take soil and concrete for some reason they could not explain. I requested the driver to wait as I was 2 mins away from the site so he could explain to me why they couldn't take soil and some concreate The driver refused and drove off. Won't be using Howard Grab hire in the future and will be informing my builders how bad your services are. You lot should be ashamed off your selves as another company came out and took the load without any hesitation so still cannot understand what your reasons were!!!
