Disgusting service! My mum had a scooter from them and forgot to change the last direct debit to lower payment and been fighting for months to get it back. She's now passed away and no sympathy or help! Keep telling me it's down to the boss and they will phone me back and don't. Don't expect any help if you experience any problems because they only after money! Shocking robbing off a dead person and not giving it back! Not even a big amount so don't know why it's hard to pay someone's 30 back that's not theirs! Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely fantastic aftersales support. Phil goes above and beyond. My son purchased a wheelchair from Keep Active about 18 months ago and we are really happy with it alot better than the last chairs he has had from other places also Phil makes sure any modifications or repairs are carried out asap. Would highly recommend.
