They get 5 stars from me! Years ago, when I was teaching in the UK, my wife and I each bought a pair of Resound PLUS hearing aids from these folks. And that teaching assignment being over, we returned to the US. Now, years later, our hearing has further deteriorated, and we sent them up-to-date audiology reports, and they replied, and suggested a certain Starkey Livio hearing aid. Barely two weeks later, in the mail came two pair of hearing aids for us to try. If we didn't like them, we could return them. We kept them, and gladly paid for them, simply, using PayPal! The fit and programming were spot on. These folks know what they are doing. I would give them 10 stars if I had the option.
