Hi, been in this shop several times both as a customer and as a courier / delivery driver. The people that own and run this business are a credit to their profession. Always willing to help with deliveries even offering cold drinks through the hot weather ! To top all this off, last week I visited the shop to get a watch fixed only for the guy to do it instantly there and then. I was so impressed and asked him the cost of the repair to which he replied dont worry about it it only took me a short time so its ok I wont charge. Wow just wow ! I thought this sort of customer care was gone forever. Thankyou again for your service !

I came in for links taken out of my watch which was only 4. I needed another one out so I went again and he didnt charge me for that one. Such a lovely man and very much appreciated that!

Was looking for a birthstone pendant , had tried various high street Jewelers . They were extremely unhelpful but David as the norm came up trumps , also at a much cheaper price for a perfect pendant. He has also sourced me a brand new Swiss watch cheaper and with all the same guarantees as the high street shops. Highly recommend David a true professional and always a pleasure doing business with.
