Well were do I start Michael Whelan, you built us an extension over 8years ago and on and off we have had problems ranging from faulty windows to cracked floors .The french doors and windows we had replaced 18months ago as they were never rectified by you,the floor that cracked well we're still waiting for you to come back and finish the job,you say your coming and we wait for you to arrive which never seems to happen time and time again,it's no way to treat your customers and i would not recommend your company to anyone, having said that you are always pleasant but,that doesn't get the job done.
