Breakfast butties are to die for! Woman behind counter always kind

Ordered 2 HOT beef and onion sandwiches. They were barley warm we complained to the waitress she replaced them but these were the same. The beef was barley warm again full of gristle and tough it looked like pkt sandwich beef we later complained to the manager heard we had a replacement and that was as far as he would go no apologies just said it was prime beef it definetly was past its prime.

Pea & Ham soup here, used to be the best around, now it seems like its made with garden peas, and isn't very nice.
