        Found Nicks contact online. Called him up and discussed what problems I had with 2 controllers (xbox one s).He is very friendly and told me what it could be. I sent off the controllers. Communication is totally outstanding as is the service. Updates all the way (arrived, diags, repair and return). Nick also helped out with some extra batteries that are no longer made. Very friendly and certainly knows his stuff. A1+.
