Just had a wood burner fitted. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. Very friendly and helpful all the way through.

Decided to go with Royston Stoves after popping in when we started looking for a stove for our new extension. Jon was so helpful, clear and straightforward - no hard sell and some really useful suggestions for the best option for us. All through the extension building hes been in contact for technical questions, worked well with our builder and been very responsive. Stove was fitted this week and although we probably wont use it until winter the installation was quick and easy and the stove looks fantastic. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jon to anyone considering putting a stove in.

I couldn't recommend Jon and Andy more highly - Our woodburner's been in for a week now and we absolutely love it, only regret not getting it done sooner! With a slightly unusual hearth size, we had very specific requirements for the stove (in terms of dimensions and output). Jon was realy helpful - giving lots of advice (wthout any pressure to go with them). We ended up going with Royston stoves as their quote was significantly better than the 3-4 other companies who'd quoted us - and were really flexible with the installation, despite lots of complications (on our side). If I ever needed another stove (which I don't expect I will now), I'd definitely go with these guys again.
