Superb customer service! After being let down by another car dealership, we found the same type of car at emg motor group Royston and after explaining our situation, I cant thank Jack and the team enough for being so efficient in getting everything in place (paperwork, the car, finances etc) and ready in record time. Great selection of cars, no messing about, stress free experience of buying a car. I wish I had gone there sooner! Would recommend to anyone and will be back again in the future. It is a big commitment to spend 15k for a car (even second hand car) for someone like me, so I wanted to deal with someone I can trust. EMG has been established its business for long time and expand its business. As EMG is located 3 hours drive from our home, I hoped I would deal with a trustful company. After I purchased my car, I found out the information given were not acculate. EMG phoned me to recover the situation, but eventually after over a month wait, nothing happened and left me disappointed feeling. I really wish they have given honest information before I purchased the car.

Absolutely appalling after sales service. I'm considering a seance to see if any one is there. My emails are not getting answered by Tom Cregg and even the general manger has ignored me. Never known a dealership this bad. Update... As the reply from customer service states I have indeed been contacted by Jason and have been very impressed with his attitude and commitment. I wish him all the best in his new role.
