        Friendly service but this is the 2nd time timpsons have given me a ready date on the ticket and items are not ready on that date , both times have proved to be a nuisance as I really needed the items on the day(reheeled shoes for sons return to school and dry cleaned trousers to take on holiday). You really need to sort your timings , I want to support timpsons but proving hard

        Went to get a new car key paid 50, went back to my car to use new key, car wouldnt start had to pay to be towed home 118 and then pay 110 to have keys fixed as turns out he didnt put the chip from old key into new key. Dont use for car keys.
