KHM Recruitment Agency - Hertfordshire

Contact originally on Facebook, told me to email them. I did and was told somebody was would get back to me, nobody did. I emailed again and received no reply. Very disappointing considering they preach online about finding vacancies for university students.

Wow! What a company! I had so many other agencies call me, they were pushy and didnt listen to what I wanted. Emma got in contact with me, spent some time getting to know me and set me up with a number of interviews. I was lucky enough to be offered the position I really wanted. Im over the moon! Thanks Emma and KHM Recruitment Ltd. Ive recommended you already Keep up the good work.

Initially, I didn't expect much. I've had nothing but negative experiences when dealing with agencies in my past, however, KHM is different. I spoke to Chris Wilson, first over the phone then he invited me to go down and register, he wasn't rushed in his manner nor did I feel like he was talking to 'just another client'. He took the time to chat to me over the phone so when I did go to meet him he already had an idea of my character and had put together a couple of jobs he believed would suit. Suit me, by looking at the kind of people he knew of at these places and the working environment I would be placed into as well as suit the company, at the end of the day he wasn't getting me into day care and my happiness is part but it has to be a good fit for both parties, and Chris knows this well. I'm now in a role which I enjoy, I look forward to going to work and I owe Chris, and KHM, huge praise for that. I can't sing their praises enough.

Big thank you to Francesca in the Royston office of KHM Recruitment for her help and commitment in finding me my new job. Really lovely to deal with, listened and went the extra mile to find a suitable position. I would not have found the job without her.
