Post Office Ltd

The staff are always and I mean always cheerful, patient and helpful. It is out of my way to use this post office but I always go there for the above reasons. The opening hours are amazing!

Most of the time this post office is unable to accept parcels or even letters as they have no space.

need to write down this interesting story. I have been using this post office always. this morning when I carried a small parcel to it, i was told by the lady, she cannot take it in as it is not small parcel. she then show me my parcel cannot be put into a sample of Roymail mail small parcel. here is the question, if my parcel is exactly same size as the sample small parcel size, how can you put it into another? i actually measured my parcel before I went there, it is less than 45cm, less than 35cm and less than 16cm. you cannot just stupidly and simpley define if a parcel is small or not by putting it into the sample parcel. by the way, there is a post' requesting customer not to be rude to the stuff' in this post office, i think maybe some stuff need to be educated and trained properly at first.
