Refresh Renovations - Cambridge - Simon Kelliher

From initial contact to the end of the work we have found Simon and the tradespeople to be competent capable professional and work and finish to be of a high standard. Our renovation was very involved and structurally challenging as we were knocking through a wall and marrying two rooms which were built hundreds of years apart so there was a huge element of the unknown during the initial weeks of the renovation but all the way through Matt (site manager) was always polite and accessible with answers for our concerns and explanations of where things are heading. The job turned out to be bigger than we originally thought and took longer but that was due to the nature of the project. All the way through the team were helpful hard working and standards of their work were high We have ended up with a kitchen double the size of our original one and using a very old room that had a rotten floor and wall issues - we are very pleased with the end result We will recommend Simon and Refresh to others and will use them again if we ever needed a big work to be done Services: Paint indoors, Interior finishing, Install flooring, Consultation, Project management, Electrical work, Design, Home renovations, Flooring, Repair flooring

Simon and the team and Refresh Renovations have done a really great job with our renovation. From the initial meeting with Simon, designs from the architect, project management from Matt, and all the tradespeople on site, everyone has been very professional and friendly. Communication was great in terms of design considerations, cost and budget options, and responding to changes as they occurred on-site. We are really pleased with the finish of the work which varies from moving a window and brick matching, a new ensuite, and new flooring throughout. Refresh Renovations Cambridge have been brilliant so far. Simon arranged to meet at our house & took us through the process from start to finish. It was very clear & very 'refreshing' to have someone explain exactly what would happen, when it would happen & the costs involved. We were keen to explore all the options available for our proposed loft conversion & it was great to see what alternatives were proposed whilst still fitting our budget. The drawings that were provided were excellent! They were exciting to see & it was clear that Simon & the architect Mike had listened to our brief & provided great drawings showing the potential of our build. We have made a couple of changes to the original drawings & Refresh Renovations couldn't have been more supportive. Friendly, patient, great listeners, prompt responses, fantastic drawings with real attention to detail. A refreshingly stress free process from start to finish & we're looking forward to the build process being the same.

Thoroughly recommend Refresh Renovations. Simon and his team totally understood the brief and came up with some great ideas and improvements to our original requirements. Simon was always available to chat through any queries and very accommodating. Communication was very open and clear, so we always knew exactly where we were at with our project. I would not hesitate to use Simon and Refresh Renovations again as he made the whole process stress free.
