Fantastic service and patience from MG Caravans. Special shout out to Sam and Lucy who I dealt with. I cannot recommend this company more. If purchasing a caravan, this is the company to go to.

We picked up our first caravan from here a couple of weeks ago. We came and took a look and the sales staff were friendly, they opened up the vans we were interested in and left us to it which was nice. We then found one we liked and went through the process of purchasing it. I can honestly say I have never been so petrified about owning a caravan but Sam and the team have been absolutely fantastic. From the day we purchased it till now they have been so helpful and patient with us. On hand on her day they walked us through how things work and helped us hitch up to make sure we knew how to do it correctly and what to look out for. They even fitted our jack for us to save me having to crawl underneath once we got home. We drove away confident albeit a little scared. We have been away a couple of times now and are really happy with the purchase. They have a large well stocked shop on site all at really good prices. If anyone was looking for a caravan I would totally recommend they come here as they are brilliant. Thanks Sam and the rest of the team for all your help you really have been great thought the whole of the purchase process.

I would like to thank you for supplying us with a lovely Accord 560 pearl edition caravan, I felt the handover went very well, and I would like to thank Jason for the work he did for us in fitting the new battery and adjustments he made in the Caravan we are extremely pleased with it and look forward to many years of caravaning in it, not to mention the trade in you gave us for our Lunar caravan, I'd also like to thank the rest of your family for there assistance they were all very pleasant and helpful,
