I think its pretty good. My family has generally been able to get appointments when needed and the staff have been very friendly. Sometimes you can see symptoms of them being too busy but thats down to funding more than anything else.

I appreciate the nhs is underfunded. but this place seems to just be run very poorly/inefficiently. they seem to put you through a process that requires 4 separate phone calls, some of which you'll be on hold well over an hour to get through, just to book you an appointment that they could have just created as the obvious requirement after having tests done. feels like a huge amount of time is wasted in poor systems.
