Quick and efficient wipe / windows reinstall on a very ill PC. Reasonably priced. PC now working perfectly.

COMPLAINT I must say that I am completely disappointed with the service. The keyboard is sticky as before, but now a part is broken and falls off, which was not the case before. I asked theguy why it was broken and the answer was that this usually happens. If this was the case, Ishould have been warned about that risk, and not afterwards.After all this, I was charged 28.50 for a service that was not done efficiently (the keyboard is still sticky) and after they damaged one of the parts of the keyboard which is now broken and not working properly.

Booked a slot for Tuesday expecting the computer to be looked at the same day. But didn't get look at till Wednesday afternoon. Said it was the motherboard and was going to cost 500 for the part, he wasn't willing to do this. Took it elsewhere and they fixed it in the evening and only cost 130 and wasn't the motherboard. Unsure what Martin was actually looking at.
