        Can someone please tell me how I can pay. I picked someone up this morning, I am fairly sure I was within the 20 minutes free - most of which was spent looking for the pay station which the notice said was there, but want to check. No machine, no way to phone or email NCP, no way to make contact or pay. Not got App or able to use QR code. Perhaps everything is made so difficult so they can hit people with a penalty.

        Tried to book a parking space one month in advance on a Saturday with APCOA to be told no pre book spaces left which is 3% of capacity. Total waste of time.
