        We had an issue with our boiler that turned into a total failure; no heating or hot water. Despite having a busy workload an engineer appeared on the doorstep at around 4pm on a Friday afternoon! We are so grateful for the swift response! Our issue was quickly resolved and the engineer was a really pleasant man. Thank you H2O!!

        I would give less than 1 star if it were possible. I wouldn't use this company - they will start a job and then delay or abandon it if they get more lucrative work elsewhere during your job.

        Erny and the team are so reliable and efficient. My job was a lot more complicated than initially though due to past bad work. It was sorted no problem even though it was just a small job. I couldn't have been more grateful. Thanks guys
