Looksmart

A friendly receptionist answered my worried call, and welcomed me on arrival with a badly ripped jacket in two places assuring me that it would be repaired. Within days I returned to find that the jacket had indeed been made new again! it was impossible to see where the rips had been, in fact I enquired if it was the same jacket ! it was returned to me in a nice cover, not the usual thin plastic, after I paid a very reasonable price for the excellent work, completed sooner than expected with a smile and courtesy. The staff have set an example of what service should be to customers. I will never attempt to repair a garment again myself and recommend Looksmart very highly.

Cant comment on laundry but I always use looksmart for ups drop off and collection. The staff are really friendly!
