        AVOID! I have (stupidly) ordered 60+ on hot chocolate for Christmas gifts. 2x boxes dated 02/23!! 2x 04/23. 1x 05/23. Why is it not mentioned on the website about the dates?? Should have gone to ebay where it sells cheap for short dates. I will NEVER use this company again and will actively discourage others. With money being so tight this year, I'm devastated to say the least! 100% happiness NOT GUARANTEED at all. Don't be fooled. Yes, I contacted cs but unfortunately I had opened the boxes to mix them up so.... now stuck with my costly mistake. The Customer should NOT have to check the dates first!

        Hotel Chocolates customer service is truly great. They called me twice to fix a problem with a Christmas gift delivery and ultimately made everything right. Reliable and professionally nice- great reasons to continue with them.
