Vegan All Sorts

Horrible company. After my sister received a jar of sweets (2 weeks after ordering them) they were all smashed and were not edible. They refused to respond to her complaints. They were bought as a birthday present and they did not arrive on time nor were they edible. Do NOT buy from this company.

I have ordered from Vegan All Sorts many times before. My mum made a recent order for me as a gift. The customer service she received was really poor and considerably unprofessional when she was only asking for some help/guidance about her order. Sadly I will not be ordering again.

Reviewing based on service, not product: Accidentally ordered more than I wanted as the website glitched and added too many to the cart. It checked out for me through my shop account that I have linked to my laptop meaning they instantly took money from my account. Emailed their customer services and asked if they could amend the order and issue a partial refund- 3 emails later to them and they still havent replied. Ive received order updates from them so I know that they can see the emails Im sending. Wont order from again as they have poor customer service.
