First time I've used this shop and glad I did. Fixed the hinge on my laptop in no time at all. Had i sent it away it would have been gone for weeks. Would I use them again yes and would I recommend yes , too.

Our very grateful and sincere thanks goes to Matt at Fixit Repairs, Royston today!! His amazing knowledge and incredibly kind, helpful and friendly service has enabled us to restore and find an enormous amount of precious photos which we thought had been deleted/lost. Matt also gave his time to set me up with a new password - having forgotten mine - and kindly demonstrated how to apply for extra phone/photo storage, including creating and dragging photos from my Google account when trying to create a photo book. This was without doubt a very high level of super customer service. We are so grateful to you Matt. An excellent service from you all, and one which we have pleasure in highly recommending! V Wells

Very friendly and helpful! They are quick to solve any issues and have fixed many of my devices - desktop computer, laptop, tablet, and mobile phones. Highly recommended!

Good honest advice. I have a Pixel3 that was corrupted, I had tried all the usual tips and tricks to bring it back to life, to no avail. I took it into the guys at iFixit and although could not get it going again they made no charge for attempting to get it going for me. I appreciate this honesty and I'll certainly be going back to them if I need anything else.
