I have always been pleased with the service provided by Pure Balance, particularly Jodie's astute business advice. Things have become even better with the introduction of software like Dext. Being able to take care of things at the time - like photographing my receipts, forwarding on emails with invoices and uploading documents directly to the system -- really has taken much of the headache out of keeping records.

I cannot recommend Jodie and the team at Pure Balance Accounting highly enough. They have guided me through aspects of my accounting: Payroll employers liability, learning how to use Xero software effectively etc and always found the time to explain things to me so that I understand. I have never had an accountant give such personal attention before and have always felt before that I had to just trust that they were right, often leaving meetings more confused than when I arrived! This never happens at Pure Balance Accounting. The whole team are approachable and friendly. Sam is always happy to answer my payroll questions and keeps me on top of my HMRC payments. Jodie herself is always open and helpful whenever I have a query and my confidence in my own ability to keep on top of my accounts has really grown.
