Deeply unpleasant and discourteous. Went in for a bike service, didnt get beyond saying good morning twice and being met with silence. When the male finally acknowledged me by placing both hands on hips and silence, I said it was alright and reversed right out of there. Not interested in giving my custom when met with such discourtesy. Would love to support local business but sadly on this occasion, Im unable to do so. I would definitely give this place a miss. Response: No dear, I am not important at all. I was aware of that hence I reversed right out of there. I wish I had the creativity to write fiction but I do not. I wish I had the time to traipse around shops with a bike only to abandon those efforts because I just wanted to find an excuse to leave a negative review Oop maybe I do! Your response is laughable except that I see you have similar reviews well before mine! Anywho wishing you all the best in your endeavours! Warmest regards.

I had a problem during a long bike ride and happened to be passing the shop. The helpful guy fixed the problem and I could carry on. Very much appreciated.

Recently bought a mountain bike from Steve's shop. He recommended me a good quality bike that I'm very pleased with. He has also included a year's free servicing. When I picked up the bike, it was all set up for me correctly and he even included a free bell would recommend Royston cycles. Great service. Thanks Steve
