        Needed some speciality VAG grease for my Touareg panoramic roof. My local VW stores offered it on an extended delivery, got it from here delivered within 48 hours and cheaper than elsewhere. VWGP will now be my first port of call for spares.

        I was in a right fix, stuck abroad with an EGR valve that wouldn't function. The guys at VW Genuine Parts were able to get the part and ship it to me - the only company of the four I approached willing to do this. They responded to my enquiry and queries promptly. The delivery and part was as promised. I would recommend them and if I ever need a part again, they'll be my first port of call.
