The staff are friendly and take there time with you if you are nervous due to the covid pandemic and put you at ease, I am hard of hearing and they were great at communicating to me through my eye test and in choosing glasses and lenses, they have a good choice to select from and great prices too, in all they were fantastic.

So helpful and welcoming, receptionist Gemma have me such useful advice on choosing my new glasses. At last I have glasses that fit and look great, I would'nt go anywhere else.

Went for an eye test and found it the to be the best I've had. Optician and reception staff were friendly and professional. My concerns were listened to and checked carefully. There was no hard sell of products at the end of the appointment. Premises are small and there is no car park but the Asda across the road has a good disability friendly car park and as long as a purchase is made you can park there.
