Carl was very helpfull with pre sales enquires. Gave very good help with the seats we were after for our van conversion. We ended up buying 2 slumber captain van seats with swivels. Order was delivered promptly, instructions on fitting included. Seats were very easy to install and they look great and are very comfortable. Thank you to Carl for your help.

Where to begin with this sorry tale, 1200 (Frame was around 850), lets start there, Custom sized, Lightweight Verso Seat/Bed with Upholstered seat panels, it sounded wonderful, a lot pricier than a Steel RocknRoll Bed, but worth it... as it turns out, it wasnt, the design is clever but flawed, upon closing the mechanism, it catches on the side bracket, you need to fit the seat panels says the Company, tried that, same issue, when you have bypassed that hitch, it then catches on the Bolt heads that protrude too far out when almost laid flat, so I had to file the bolt heads off, which has made it better, the frame flexes as you close it which makes the wheel bolts at the front scratch the side panel, I could fit some Aluminium guides to keep it straight, but it should be built right in the first place at this price, the instructions were as good as useless, Companys response is to make snide remarks about how I measure things, in fact I didn't account for a small corner of the seat cushion, I had to remove a 13cm piece, which I did myself, and didn't even consider blaming the Company for, this had zero impact on the bed fitment and frame movement, and not bolting it to the floor, which would have made zero difference to how it closes, as when I tested it, I had not as yet got the seat panels attached, when you do this, the extra weight makes it even worse, the Companies response is if I send it back, they will replace any bits that need replacing, but that it will most likely come back as it was, as they believe that it is correctly setup, so completely pointless returning it. I sent about a dozen photos, with descriptions of the problems, but I might as well not have bothered, in fairness the owner always responded to my messages, but really only by doubling down on his confidence in the product, and dismissing my concerns. To summarize, a clever idea ruined by poor implementation, inflexibility bordering on arrogance when challenged. At best a 250 product, not a 850 one. Dont buy this product, unless you are happy to pay over the odds, and be prepared to try and modify it to make it do its intended task, I ended up buying a steel frame in the end, it cost half the price, and works considerably better. Recieved a wrong item in the order. I've sent emails trying to resovle the issue, but so far the emails has been ignored. Would not trust to buy from this unprofessional shop again.

very refreshing experience, made a couple of enquiries without any purchase, they got back to me with speed, clarity and courtesy very promptly made a followup enquiry requesting more detail and a little support to my questions and was dealt with again in the same manner. this kind or service is uncommon, i would recommend this business very highly. this response was unsolicited and i have no affiliation to this company carl james
