        Very efficient and they sold our property almost immediately!! Very helpful too.

        A shocking experience from start to finish. An absolute joke of a letting agent. They didn't check the electric supply, they didn't clean the property they took all day to change the bath tap, fitted carbon monoxide detectors at knee height, gave us an eviction notice 1 month in to the contract without informing the landlord as we asked them to pay for the pest control we had to get out amongst other things. A total disgrace and then they even gave us a bad reference when we try to move. Avoid these clowns at all cost , they have no interest in looking after the tenant or the landlord. They can not be trusted. Michael and Mick in Royston are total chancers.
