        I have been to a lot of gyms over the years but superbodies is most definitely one of the friendliest. This building is set over three floors. It has old school equipment which really works for me. The monthly memberships are 32 which is quite reasonable. The gym shuts at 14.00 hours on a Saturday and 13.00 hours on a Sunday. It opens at 8.30 each day accept Sunday which it opens at 10.00 am. Most nights it shuts at 9 which is great for me. Anyway, if you are thinking of changing gyms this is the place for you. Bags of experience helps the amateurs among us.
