        Attempted to use Roydon PO as a local collection point for a parcel sent using a tracked and signed for service. parcel arrived at Roydon promptly, and they signed for it, but when the recipient attempted to collect the parcel the following morning he was told that it had been sent back to the sorting office. Trying to find out why Roydon rejected the parcel after signing for it, it seems the explanation was that they weren't accepting local collection anymore - yet they had done previously! Now we have a signed for parcel lost within the system. This is an appalling and utterly unacceptable service provided by Roydon PO. Clearly Roydon is run by very unhelpful people.

        Bad SERVICE husband posted a parcel there for me was charge 6.05 for second class postage for small parcel l send parcel all the time though sales on ebay husband rang me to say how much they charge him l said he had been over charged the young fellow who served him said it was a medium parcel using the letter measure l Will never use this Post Office at Roydon ever again very bad service
