        Went to collect a parcel this morning, some haggard old bird was extremely rude. I politely asked if I could collect my parcel to which she replied, not really because we are not open. Even though they were clearly open. It was like a hardship that I actually wanted to collect a parcel. All she had to do was a 180 turn and even asked me to describe what the parcel looks like because she couldnt be asked to look for my name on the box, lazy and incompetent needs the sack.

        Really friendly and helpful staff. Judging by other comments, they must of had a change of staff in the past year or so. Defs. very good now.

        If you ever want to get your parcel redirect it to the High Street Post Office. Opening times constantly changing very frustrating.
