Prescription was sent automatically to them without asking and I went shopping before collecting. When I arrived, before I could even finish the doctors sent through I was cut off and told by the lady it wont be here yet. Taken a back a little I explained it was 20 - 30 minutes ago and the staff member then took a look and immediately said theyd obviously have to order 1 of the items in. It wasnt true as Boots used common sense to provide me what I actually needed without a prescription.

Really great service from this pharmacy. Called them to try and track down some meds, which were out of stock. The lady I spoke to was able to advise on an alternative product, she put some aside for me, whilst I organised a replacement prescription. Friendly, professional support, highly recommended.

No pharmacist this weekend (allegedly the owner doesn't work weekends), absolute joke. If you're open, a pharmacist should always be available. Should be removed from the nhs list if emergency prescriptions are required. Now another few hours on 111, to get prescription changed to another chemist.

Not a very good experience at all very abrupt counter staff iphoned earlier to ask iff it would be possible for the pharmacist could take a look at my granddaughter and was told yes just come in ,when we arrived we were greeted by a very abrupt and rude counter staff we waited for awhile and finalywajked away this is not the first time but will certainly be the last.
