        Great service from the RWB store. The person who helped me I will refer to as JJ for anonymity was an absolute star and really helpful picking lenses and frames. I absolutely love my glasses. As a driver they have been amazing in the sun being reactives. And at night I now experience zero glare. Couldn't be happier! :)

        Haine and Smith have always given me polite and helpful service. I would highly recommend them to everybody. They are thorough and careful and always willing to do minor repairs quickly.

        Tha lady fitting my specs, shoved them so far up my nose, they were touching my eyebrows. When I repositioned them , she poked them back tight to my eyebrows, and told me, "that's where its got be". Now I have to rise my head up high to watch TV, and the focal point is not center, but slightly to the left.
