Lack of customer care experienced. Unable to fully close the kitchen door without damage to the trim after new flooring fitted. Unfortunately the company is not interested in rectifying the issue and I was even asked if I needed a number for a carpenter! Seeing as they took the door off the hinges to lay the floor, checking that the door could close fully after rehanging it, should have been part of the job before they left from a customer care perspective.

Really helpful,great choice of carpets and advise.Very happy with the fitters who did a great job and very tidy. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

More than happy to come and measure and give you a quote, the carpet was the cut wrong so with out carpet, and then they failed to collect the rubbish for over week. After many phone calls the manager tells me I have to pay 55 for collect of the rubbish, and refuses to do so with our payment. A terrible service

Do not use this shop. They cancelled carpet fitting 3 times. The carpet fitters came by and went away because they said they couldnt do the job. We contracted for moving furniture as we are elderly. They said we have got too much furniture but the guy from the shop came here and saw the furniture. This is disgraceful. Very upset. Very upset again. They cancelled today again. All time and effort we put into this.
