Worst experience with Richard James estate agents as they book an appointment for viewing the property and I drove 1and half your from Sandhurst but the owner doesnt allow us to view the property. I just wasted my whole day

Sold our house in 2 days! Changed Estate Agents to Richard James (Royal Wootton Bassett) after 12 weeks with a Swindon based company. Daisy Costin was enthusiastic and proactive with our sale. She had a viewing arranged the day that Richard James became sole agents and an offer the following day over asking price. Completed within 2 months. Could not be happier with them.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, estate agency. I had a really competitive quote for selling my property and the process of getting onto the market and organising viewings went very smoothly.. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with at this branch was an ultimate professional and quick to respond to questions. I cant thank them enough. Another little bonus is that the office always smells lovely!
