Thank you to very helpful staff today. I was assisted to me make an appointment for an elderly relative staying with us temporarily. Really kind and understanding staff who went the extra mile. Very impressed with service received. Thank you.

Been using the surgery for a while, always friendly staff, just been in for a B-12 injection, saw Sarah Patterson, didn't feel a thing and really polite, a credit to the surgery.

I genuinely want to give thanks to Dr Tadevosan, Dr Rai, maybe other doctors as well, but have not been seen by them and mostly the Asthma nurse that makes a difference at Tinkers lane. They raise the bar at Tinkers Lane Surgery. They do make a difference in many lives and hope others can learn from their compassionate and understanding personality. Being a nurse myself, having to experience and witneseed how family members and some public members are being treated by some staff working there is so unfair and unprofessional and appalling. I thought to speak out as this experiences we had yet again shows there is certainly some miscommunication and a lack of understanding and empathy. This is something I will never do and that is to speak out against other medical teams knowing what we are facing on a daily basis in our career. But, please this is lives and we need to move on from unprofessionalism, lack of understanding and a lack of empathy.
