        Central heating (CH) not working - house 'freezing' cold put call in after hours .and received phone call back the next morning, By then CH had come on. Two days later, again no central heating; phoned again, left message; received a call back. An engineer came out that afternoon, of course CH worked again! He stuck with it and identified problem as an air-leak in 'pressure chamber" causing burner not to Ignite. Addressed air-leak and now CH comes on again on demand. Thank you, and wishing you a warm Christmas too!
