        Buyers BEWARE. When you purchase anything from this company just hope all is ok because if it's not they won't like it if you complain. I purchased many items, spending lot's of money. The last item I received was damaged as it wasn't really packaged sufficiently. When I informed them of this along with photographic proof they wanted me to return, which was fair enough. However I needed it for the following weekend as a gift for a loved one. So they offered me a partial refund. Very kind. I accepted and left the positive feedback and glowing review as I always have, for them to now block me as a buyer? Talk about brat attack. Why? I'm very confused and quite angry. what did I do wrong exactly?
