        Acted for me in buying my place. I used Kim Thurston and I would certainly recommend her. She is thorough and efficient, I might even say picky and fault finding but I think that is good when you're going to spend a lot of money. Communication was excellent and Kim and her team were supportive. The process was much less stressful than previous moves I have made and this was, in part, due to the team at Bevirs. I feel I dropped lucky in getting Kim as my lead. Thank you Kim.

        The upset this company have caused my family in the handling of my grandparents estate which is still not resolved 18 years after their demise is appalling.

        I've read a number of reviews praising David Neve for his service at RWB office. I'm unable to verify this as he's never phoned me back. On three separate occasions I got his voicemail and left a full message. On each occasion a secretary phoned back asking me 'how can I help you'. She had absolutely no idea what my call related to. Only had my name and number. Had to go through it again. Clearly not listened to my original message or the details not passed to her. Not much to be proud of here.
