Dont waste your time with this company. Its almost 3 weeks since I have made official claim. First I was told it will take a week (thats ok isnt it?) They have confirmed on Thursday(after 2 weeks) that faster payment was raised and I will get my money that day, unfortunately I havent. Then on Friday they said the same and by today which is Monday I still havent got anything. Spend over 300 for a taxi and what they can offer is apology. Looking to take them to the court for those lies. Also had to chase everytime by myself as no one at the company was interested to give me any updates

Not very happy. The want an updated better system on who is covered or not by them before they send recovery out to broken down vehicles and then start charging them stating you were not covered by they them. Should be aware of that by their system.

Slow and incompetent, engineer's report wrong and ended up taking my word for the problem.Took 6 weeks to sort out. Tried to charge me almost 600 storage charges. Couldn't even get arithmetic correct on final balance. Will never go to them again
