        Used the salon for the first time as was away from home. Was nervous as Ive had same hairdressers for years in my home town. However, consultation first, put me at ease. Lovely lady. Really pleased with the colour, though slightly darker than my hometown salon, but actually prefer it. Just hope it doesn't lighten too much with washing. May even consider going here each time I'm in Bassett rather than home salon! Service: Hair coloring

        I've had numerous hair cuts and been traumatised by so many hairdressers for the 12 years I've lived in London (whilst paying ~50 for the privilege). Chloe at Mercer gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. It's rare to feel you can trust a stylist and walk out feeling happy rather than wanting to cry. Thank you so much :)
