Johnson & Daltrey Independent Family Funeral Service

Johnson & Daltrey were an absolute pleasure to deal with when organising my Grandfathers funeral. I actually swapped over to them half way through the process as I wasn't happy with the service we were getting from another local company. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always available, attentive and kind and understanding. The whole team were absolutely brilliant but I must give a special mention to Charlotte, who was our main point of contact. She is a real gem and I am eternally grateful to her for everything. If you are debating which funeral directors to use, please take my word and look no further. Johnson and Daltrey will go above and beyond and are unlike any other directors you will come across. Brilliant. Helpful, understanding, empathetic. Arranged a date and time totally acceptable to us, unlike the other company in the town who were not at all accommodating or particularly helpful. On the day they were very professional and also very caring, even delivering my dads ashes back to me at home later in the day. Thank you all, would highly recommend xx
