ORDERED NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON FRIDAY FROM HM.
STILL NOT GOT PARCEL.
APPARENTLY A WRONG DIGIT IN POSTCODE, YET REST OF ADDRESS IS CORRECT. SURELY YOU WOULD SEE STREET NAME IS DIFFERENT!!
HAVE SEND 4 EMAILS USED CHAT, PROVIDED CORRECT DETAILS 4TIMES AND GIVEN MY NUMBER TO CALL ME- NOTHING!! STILL GOING TO WRONG ADDRESS. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST

Useless as a courier, I would advise alternative services.
Company could improve if they had a customer service dept, and an ability to use the phone number provided to call the recipient if they get lost.
