        Stay clear of caswell by all means. We had a commercial fridge that was leaking, the DIRECTOR promised yes we can fix that. After they "fixed it".. What happened it carried on leaking. He then said i could never promise it being fixed BUT i need 3000 for the work done, after you pay ill come and fix it. What a surprise we never heard from him the director again. Poor ethics, took advantage of the situation and quite frankly exploited us due to our lack of knowledge. QUITE SIMPLY LIED TO GETTING MONEY OUT OF ME. spoken to many other stores who they have messed about. Everything about this company is awful. STAY CLEAR
