        I went with my daughter on Friday to open a current account for her. Excellent customer service from Alec who explained everything to us so that my 11 year old daughter could understand. Really impressed. This was the 3rd High St bank we had tried to open an account with; the others had unrealistic requirements of ID for an 11 year old which made the process very difficult. Wish we had gone to Lloyds in the first instance.. Excellent customer focus and service. Highly recommend.
