        I suggest Mr Marahall gets his staff acquainted with pleasant Customer Service skills and maybe the art of smiling and greeting customers with a friendly face......not to mention opening the shop on time!! Always late on a Saturday, rude staff, make you feel guilty for turning up.....I think I will take my business elsewhere in the future as nit the first time this has happened
