The most helpful, thorough and kind business. My husband has been searching (and stressing) for flooring high and low for quick delivery but at a reasonable price point. They were so so so helpful, returned frantic calls on a Sunday, and eased his anxiety hugely. I can't thank them enough.

Not good. Tried ringing several times. Often no-one there. To be fair they did leave a message on the answerphone once, but when I tried to ring back, I got the usual no response. Made contact today and was given a very unhelpful reception. I know exactly which fire I want. All I needed was to arrange for someone to come out and measure the fireplace and give me an estimate to fit it. I was told very firmly that I had to come into the shop? Why? I also asked how much labour costs were. Apparently they don't charge per hour. Every job is different. Maybe, but every hour is the same!
