        Waited an hour post appointment with no explanation when eventually seen. Tumour went for biopsy on 8/4/23. Told would take 5 days for results. Results came in Monday 17th (was told by receptionist they were there). Today is Saturday 22/4 and the vet still hasnt phoned me to tell me if my 15 year old dog has cancer or not. Seriously? How cruel. It states on your blog Graham that you would treat every pet as if your own. Ps, registered with new vet last night.

        My dog, Stretch, had a sudden and scary auto immune disease, and if it weren't for Dr. Veronica and her incredible team at companion care, I dont think Stretch would've made it. Dr Veronica is pro-active, compassionate and knowledgeable. The practice is professional but so welcoming, and everyone treated Stretch so lovingly. It was the hardest experience to go through, but the companion care team helped make it more bearable.

        Such a great vets. Always so kingmd and caring. We so patient with me when our kitten was approaching end of life. I never felt I couldn't cry. A kind team and Graham is a wonderful vet!

        The vet (who wasn't even supposed to be on duty) ended up saving our cats life after cogenital heart problems reared their head. Thank you.
